As part of building the upgrade, there will be temporary changes to the access of Lookout Road in July, weather permitting. Access from the highway onto Lookout Road will now be by a 30 metre connection road and there will be no change to the southbound merge lane and exit. The temporary access will be in place until work is completed on the overpass bridge and southbound on ramp at Glenugie. This change allows us to maintain capacity on the road network while we safely continue to build the upgrade.
